Lara Kirschner – Director

Lara has 20 years experience working in the human resources field and more specifically, remuneration and benefits. Prior to establishing LK Workplace Solutions (now Remesys) in 2001 Lara held roles at BT Australasia, Choice Connections, Hutchison Telecommunications and Morgan and Banks.

Since establishing the company Lara has focused on remuneration and benefits, consulting to Allens Arthur Robinson, MLC, National Australia Bank, SAI Teys McMahon, Sinclair Knight Merz and Westpac. Most recently Lara held the role of Head of Compensation and Benefits at Citigroup.

Lara has completed an MA (Psychology) and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Natalie Feller – Director

Natalie has more than 15 years marketing and management experience working for global enterprise software and research companies. Natalie’s background includes senior marketing and management roles for MRO Software, Pegasystems, South and Walker and ACNielsen.

Natalie has managed marketing teams across the Asia Pacific region, as well as client service teams, working with a range of clients including Arnott’s Biscuits, Campbell’s Soup Company, Bayer Consumer Care, Kimberly Clark and Eveready.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
